Troubleshooting Incoming Call Problems

If you cannot receive calls, a technical or non-technical problem may be the cause.

Account Status Changes
Make sure your account status is Active and your billing information is up-to-date.

Phone Adapter and Telephone Port Assignments
Make sure your Phone Adapter is active on your account and your phone number is assigned to the correct telephone port.

Internet and Network Connections
Your Voxvon service can be interrupted by an Internet or network connection problem.

Telephones, Connections, and Wiring
Verify that your telephone is connected properly to your Phone Adapter.
