Information travels to computers from the Internet at speeds that are measured in kilobytes per second, or kbps. The higher the number of kbps, the faster and better a connection. Voxvon recommends an upload speed of 90kbps or greater per phone line. A lower upload speed could affect the quality of your calls. To help you make sure your connection can get the most from the Voxvon service, we created an automatic Internet Connection Test.

How does my Internet Connection compare?
The blue line will point to where you compare to other types of internet connections. As a general rule, if the line points a lot lower than the type of internet connection you have, there may be something currently wrong with your internet connection.
For example, if you have Cable Internet Service and the line points to the 28.8 Modem, you may want to contact your internet service provider.
